Cantonese Opera Development Fund Investment Committee

Terms of Reference

To advise on matters relating to the investment of the Cantonese Opera Development Fund (CODF), including:

To recommend and review investment objectives of the Fund;
To propose strategy and investment guidelines for meeting the investment objectives of the Fund;
To advise on matters relating to the selection and appointment of fund manager(s) for the CODF, and the monitoring of its (their) performance;
To consider appropriate investments and make suggestions on the realization of investments; and
To review the performance of investment portfolios of the Fund.
